Bridal show season is upon us!
Margene's top 3 tips to get the most out of a bridal show.
1. Print labels with the following
Your name & Your fiancee's name
Your address
Your email
Your phone
Your wedding date
This will save your hand from getting writers cramp and from wasting valuable time that you could spend visiting with vendors. This will also ensure that they can read what your fill out. This way if you win a prize you will be sure to be contacted, if they can't read it they can't call your name!
2. There are lots of vendors to see and meet with. Plan what you do and do not want to look at and talk too. If you already know you have a photographer don't waste time talking to all the photographers. This will also help streamline your contacts you make. Don't forget to ask if they have a show special and if you book at the show if you receive any discounts.
3. Take a notebook to keep track of who you liked and who your didn't like! All the business cards and brochures will start to look the same after you get home. If you make notes you will know who you want to contact and what you liked about them. Ask the vendors questions, if you don't get a good feeling at the show how are you going to feel about them on your wedding day.
