MARGENE'S BRIDAL: Sadie and Jeff

My name is Sadie Sabin and this is my fairy tale wedding story. Jeff and I met randomly on May 16, 2008 when we both got dragged into going to an activity at BYUI with our friends. We both ended up getting there a half hour early and seeing each other there. He ended up sitting behind me...we hung out that night and it was history from there. We were married in the LDS Idaho Falls, ID Temple on December 20Th, 2008 it was like 9 degrees outside but I was determined to get my pictures taken.

My wedding was everything that I wished for and more. I could not have had such a wonderful elegant wedding if I didn't have the most perfect beautiful dress in the world! I have to explain my dress first. I first saw my dress on display at Alpine Jewelers in Ammon. It was the most beautiful, unique dress I had ever seen. I had to have it so I called Margenes up to see if they had it in my size. Of course they did so I set an apt and went to try it on...it fit like a glove. There was just one problem...it did not have sleeves. Which I needed for a temple wedding for sure. So they gave me the name of a seamstress that was suppose to be amazing, her name was Linda Packer! I have to tell you everything that she did to my dress, because she made it amazing! She first dyed the buttons that she added to trail down the back of my dress to match my dress, beaded 42 hours for the sleeves to match the corset, added the scalloped edge that lined the bottom of the dress to the neck and back line and she cut out extra pieces out of the lace to add to the sleeves. It really was a one of a kind dress! I was so amazingly happy with the results.
